Covid-19: Information For Our Customers
Hello Everyone. I hope everyone is safe and healthy. We want you to know, ultimately, we are here to help in a safe and compliant manner. Below is a link to an article, published by our friends at Mainline Parent, outlining all of the steps we have taken to ensure your electrical safety and that we applied for and were successful in getting a letter of exemption from the Governor’s office stating we are allowed to perform essential work, repairing and maintaining electrical items in your home.
Our employees are following every CDC mandate. We were lucky enough to have proper PPE for all our guys, disinfectant for all tools and work surfaces, shoe covers and nitrile gloves.
Most importantly, if you are uncomfortable with having a tech in your home, we are here via Zoom and other methods to walk you through anything from emergency situations to hanging a light, while you are social distancing. We can even have you sign a proposal and pay without you coming anywhere near our technicians!
Furthermore, We at Farryn are ultimately concerned with You. If you need anything at all, outside the scope of electricity, please reach out to us. Reach out to me personally at [email protected]. If you need toilet paper or groceries, as an example, we will deliver those items directly to your doorstep. We will disinfect the bags and leave these items for you. If you have an elderly friend or family member that needs help in any way, we are here for you and them.
Officially, we have partnered with The Horizon House. This amazing charity works with those less fortunate. They are actively going into people’s homes and interacting with the homeless. They desperately need masks and donations, even if they are small. This way they can fund their amazing cause.
We have also partnered with Bethany Christian Services and are collecting grocery store gift cards for them to provide for people in need. They are also looking for food and clothing donations for the kids and families they so graciously help.
We are also partnering with Homers for Hope. This fantastic charity helps families that have been affected by sickness and the economic pitfalls that come with having a sick family member. Please consider joining us and donating what you can to help a local family in need today.
And, lastly, we have partnered with our Synagogue, Adath Israel to support them in their efforts to give to the less fortunate.
All donations can be dropped off at one of two locations:
316 Glen Gary Drive
Havertown Pa. 19083
504 Eagle Rd. Unit 4
Springfield Pa19064
Please indicate, on the bag(s) of donations, which charity you would like to help!
The Best to All of You!
